A nasty bout of over-training combined with some illness forced me to take five months off the bike over winter. Now recovered, I want to get fit and lean again in time for summer. Having been through this process before, I know that it raises lots of issues that affect nearly everyone. Working with trainSharp Cycle Coaching, I'll share my training sessions, weight loss methods, and my coach's comments, so there should be useful takeaways for everyone regardless of your current level.
I'll be testing myself every month on Luz Ardiden, a key Tour de France climb this year, and in the video you'll see the very ambitious goals that I've set!
